    <description>&lt;P&gt;There have been reports of this occurring after letting the battery run down instead of proactively charging. I don't know if there's an official fix but you could try restarting the camera from the camera settings or removing one camera from your accountand add it back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why don’t my Essential 2 cameras record videos like my Arlo Pro 2 cameras? They take a snapshot when motion is detected but fail to record videos to review! They also do not show up in my paired devices but my Pro 2 cameras do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
