Retrieve video after trial

Hi, my monthly trial expired on Thursday 2/1/25 and I started subscription today Saturday 4/1/25. Believe it or not, my neighbours were broken into on Friday 3/1/25 and I don't have access to any footage. The only day I need footage is on the 3rd the day between trial ending and subscription. Question... Is there any way I can retrieve any footage from the 3rd??

Any help will be appreciated to help my neighbours
