Apple Watch not showing notifications

I have looked at all the previous discussion boards relating to this topic but nothing has worked. I am not receiving Arlo notifications at all on my Apple Watch. I have all the latest software updates plus notification mirrors are enabled. All the settings are correct but I am not getting notifications. Any update?

Are you receiving notifications from the Arlo app on your mobile phone? Have notifications ever worked on the watch?

Were you ever able to fix this issue? I am now having the same issue and don't know what to do to fix it.
