&lt;P&gt;Check that the wifi network is set up to allow for WPA2 (AES) security.&amp;nbsp; Also confirm that your wifi network includes the 2.4 ghz band.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Also, the phone needs to be connected to the same wifi network, and it cannot be connected to a VPN during the installation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
