Routines new update now complicated

Im unable to schedule a routines with the new update for my Arlo essential spot light I've had for 4yrsi

This new update seems complicated

I'm wanting it to be armed at 0000hrs and disarm at 0500hrs

Please can someone show me word for word and how to sort a schedule plz next thing is to cancel my subscription I'm struggling with that also

When you leave, you can manually put the system into "Arm Away" and it will remain armed until you change the mode manually to either "Arm Home" or "Standby".
