      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's the language Arlo used as they wouldn't let me contact someone in support.&amp;nbsp;My cousin created the account and isn't sure how to add me so I started looking online.&amp;nbsp; The camera is a smidge high and using the button on top isn't a great idea as I don't like ladders.&amp;nbsp; So I wanted to ask Support about do I need her account or can I create one and how would i get access to the camera&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Is this your cousin's camera?&amp;nbsp; Or was it purchased as a gift to you?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does your cousin have any other Arlo devices in the account?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Options are to&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;change the email (username) for the account to you, and also update the payment method and change the password&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;share the camera using the friend account feature&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;remove the camera from your cousin's account, and add it to your account.&amp;nbsp; (You will lose the trial subscription if you do this).&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We can help with all three possibilities, but it'd be good to get a bit more info so we can sort out the best path.&lt;/P&gt;
