      <description>I'm trying to renew a cancelled subscription. Twice now i have entered the correct card details (same card as before) and it is saying "card not valid"..... Well it's valid enough for Arlo to have taken 2x £1 charges out of my account and is still saying card not valid. This is basically theft!!! Help! ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT FOR UK. POOR.</description>
