Camera order shows charges pending

I ordered an Arlo Camera. Never received an email confirmation and can't track my order. My credit card was charged and that's about all at this point. Can't use chat as I don't have an order number..........Can anyone help me?

Are the charges on your credit card pending or are they showing as complete? Did you place the order at https://www.arlo.com/en-us/ ?

Said pending at 9-29-2024 and I ordered them on Arlo website
