Just installed a second Arlo : an Essential 2 camera. Installation complete but system is asking me for the Arlo Secure Service Code, which I cannot find. I have an Arlo Secure Service, done by email, a long time ago. Can you please help ?

ERGILIO,

Generally, when onboarding a camera if a trial is included it will automatically be applied as long as it hasn't already been claimed. Are you able to provide a screenshot of the message you're seeing?

The camera you onboarded on September 23rd successfully onboarded with a trial plan. No further action is needed for that camera until the trial subscription expires.
