      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Suddenly the cameras will not connect to a live view. They are connected to wifi, updated, and if you check the "video settings" to test the camera it works.&amp;nbsp; It will say "an unexpected error occurred" and nothing will update. I have an Essentials spotlight camera 2nd generation..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;1) Reboot the camera via the camera settings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2) Reboot the phone and maybe reinstall the app.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any better?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Arlo Essential Outdoor Cameras.&amp;nbsp; Same problem, can view cameras on my phone, but not on a web browser on laptop.&amp;nbsp; Just started about a week or two ago.&amp;nbsp; Tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works.&amp;nbsp; Has Arlo even acknowledged the problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If the cameras are viewable on your phone but not the web browser on your laptop, this suggests something on the laptop or the network it is connected to is blocking the stream.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is this a work laptop? Do you have any virus protection software installed?&lt;/P&gt;
