    <description>&lt;P&gt;The camera was bought in April 2024 and not installed until June 2024.&amp;nbsp; So I don't know how Arlo would view the subscription trial period.&amp;nbsp; However, we have been using Arlo for a few years with a monthly Subscription which is still ongoing so it we are definitely covered.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Out of the three Essential XL 2nd Gen cameras bought at the same time.&amp;nbsp; 2 are now faulty and this one does not record motion.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So wondering what I can try to fix it.&amp;nbsp; Arlo customer service is open tomorrow so I will also raise a ticket with them on this topic unless the community has any ideas.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;While it is supposed to move automatically to your paid subscription when the trial expires, it is worth taking a look.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, I suggest&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;confirming that you can make a manual recording while livestreaming the camera&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;checking the rule for the camera in the mode you are using&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;temporarily removing any activity zones&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;temporarily turning off smart notifications.&lt;/LI&gt;
