I purchased from Sam's Club on May 16th. 4 camera's and 2 solar panels. I have 1 camera that will not charge??

Is this camera experiencing issues charging with the solar panel attached or the standard charging cable? If you remove the solar panel and use the standard charging cable, does that allow the camera to resume charging?

The camera will not charge with either the solar panel or the supplied charging cable

This could be an indication of a hardware issue with the camera, I encourage you to reach out to the support team and open a ticket to further investigate the issue. You can open a ticket using the Arlo app under Settings > Support.

The camera is just not charging with the solar panel or with the cables.
