    <description>&lt;P&gt;What happens when you plug in the charger? You should see the camera LED blink blue briefly indicating power has been connected. Do you see that?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you allowed the battery to fully discharge you may want to try the steps in the following FAQ. Note that the key is to plug and unplug multiple times to get enough charge into the battery to allow it to charge properly.&lt;/P&gt;
