    <description>&lt;P&gt;Purchased on July 3, 2024.&amp;nbsp; Also purchased Arlo Secure subscription on August 5th.&amp;nbsp; Now the camera works only intermittently.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Spent hours and hours trying to make it work.&amp;nbsp; Support unable to help much.&amp;nbsp; Best Buy won't take the camera back and the subscription plan is useless if the camera isn't working.&amp;nbsp; Anyway to get my money back?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;is the camera going off-line?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;is livestreaming timing out?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;is it no longer detecting motion?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;something else???&lt;/LI&gt;
