First responder discount not being applied

I am looking to purchase a security system for my new home. Purchasing from a vendor that has good reviews and a first responder discount is a huge bonus. However, when I go to verify through ID Me, it'll verify that I'm a first responder, then it'll take me back to my cart with Arlo with no discount applied. How do I get the 15% off?

Are you seeing any error messages or is the discount just not being applied?

It's just not being applied. Everything gets verified through ID Me, then it takes me back to Arlo, and no discount is applied and I'm not given a promo code.
