Location is wrong when address is correct

I switched from Ring to Arlo and Arlo’s app is horrible I regret this purchase. My address is correct but the location the app puts my address is not correct. It’s been extremely frustrating I am getting notifications like crazy b/c it doesn’t register I am at home. It’s been over a week, No one has been able to help, no ETA with a fix and when they ask for me to try a fix all they want me to do is waste my time since the fix does not work. Bad bad bad experience! They must be hiring the bottom of the barrel engineers. I spent hours on the phone.

As a test, try entering a different address, does the location pin move and is the new location correct with the newly entered address?
