If you trigger a recording or manually record/snapshot using the live stream, log out of the app and then log back in, does that resolve the issue?

Just installed my 2nd gen outdoor essential camera and trying to setup activity zones, but the preview image that shows up is completely washed out (way too bright) that I can’t tell where to put the activity zones. Brightness is set to default 0 and the live image and recordings that are being saved have normal brightness. It’s just the still image on the activity zone setting page that’s so bright/unusable.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Sadly that didn’t seem to work. I’m open to other suggestions you may have though.
