I have an account. My mother just got one and I get alerts for hers but doesn’t go to the library. Whar am I doing wrong

If she has a new account, then she likely has the "Feed" interface (seeing "Feed" and "Dashboard", and not "Library"). So ask her to check that.

Friend access requires the user interface to match in the two accounts. So if she sees "Feed" and you see "Library" then you'll need to migrate to "Feed" in order to see her recordings.

The hack for migration is to start to add a Pro 5s camera. While that can't be completed if you don't have the camera, the workflow will migrate you to "Feed" before you get stuck.

There is no way to migrate back to "Library", and there are some downsides to "Feed":

There are no custom modes. The three built-in modes are fully customizable, but you cannot add more.
The combination of geofencing+scheduling doesn't work at the moment (and hasn't for some time).
