Events in feed

We’ve had this camera for about a month and all of the sudden, it won’t show any events in the feed, yet we still get detection notifications. We figured it could be because a free trial ran out so we subscribed to the Arlo secure plan. However, feed events still aren’t working. Does anyone know what’s going on?

The trial is 30 days, so I think you were correct about the cause.

Go into the subscription area, and make sure the camera is in your subscription plan. If it isn't, you should be able to manually add it.
