    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the essential 2nd generation outdoor camera. And I figured it out. Even though the app said I had full battery, I thought I would try charging it to see if that was the issue, and it was! It worked perfectly after that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;One of my four cameras showed as offline (the battery is charged and it is within reach of the wifi). I removed the device in the app and am trying to reconnect it.&amp;nbsp; The blue LED does not come on or blink when I hold the pairing button on the top of the camera. I still continued to see if anything happens but the connection failed after trying for a while. What should I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't work it's probably a faulty camera. Use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose your camera. Scroll down to Contacts to see what official support can offer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It took a few attempts over two days and after the camera was fully charged.&amp;nbsp; Finally got it to work. Thank you! Learned that one should press the button for no longer than what the instruction is.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;!! I Know how to fix it I know how to fix!! No thanks to support that i was online with for 2 and a half hours.I had that problem with all my cameras at once . You have got to go in to your wifi router and do a gateway factory reset and its has got to be the factory reset! (Just the reset will not work) . If you do that all cameras should work if not factory reset the cameras that are not working and reinstall.&amp;nbsp; And if your worried about anything you have Connected to your wifi ,it will all reconnect once its its done.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
