do arlo account ony allow one connection to device? Example if i have my cell phone connected to device then my wife cannot use the app to her cell phone.

What up with that?

Yes, Arlo only allows one device to be logged into an account at a time.

There is a "friend account" feature that will let you share the cameras with another account.
