It comes with a USB-A to USB-C charging cable - did you see that in the box? If you want to use a USB-C port on the charger, you can also use a USB-C to USB-C charging cable.

You can't - the camera is fully sealed, and the battery cannot be removed.

There is a charging port at the bottom of the camera. See page 5 of the manual:
