I'm not sure how these cameras work in countries that can't get subscriptions (Brazil is one of them). I would have thought the camera could be added but wouldn't get the free trial subscription so could only be used for live viewing a.

@JamesC , @ShayneS , @BrookeN can you comment on this?

That makes sense, but I believe the Gen 2 cameras are only shown in areas where Arlo sells them. At least that used to be the case - hopefully the mods will clarify.

@Murilodsp25: One workaround is to create an account when using a VPN that terminates in the US. Then you can drop the VPN after the account is created. You will see the Gen 2 cameras from that account. You could also get a subscription, but I think you'd have to use a US payment method. But wait for the mods to comment...
