I'm getting notifications for motion alerts, but the corresponding videos are NOT showing up in my dashboard (I've tried in the app and on the web version). I have a paid subscription, so it's not a result of having the free app that they've stripped of any useful features. But turns out, the paid version is also virtually useless. Support is also useless, so just bail from this company instead of sinking more money into them. They will never improve the app experience or fix these bugs b/c now that you have their cameras, they think you're stuck with whatever scraps they give you now. They have no incentive to change unless their profits are affected.
