      <title>Motion detected but no video recording</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;2 days ago my camera was below 10% battery so automatically went into low power mode and only created snapshots of motions. After charging to 100% I reconnect the camera and now I get motion detected notification on phone but no recordings at all. I have try to remove the device and resync with no luck. Can someone please help me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I have a subscription for 2 arlo cameras. I also have not changed any settings in the arlo app.My other camera works fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Check the active mode and the rules for the camera under Routines to make sure there is a rule telling the camera to record when triggered.&lt;/P&gt;
