Essential outdoor 2k not working on Smart Things Samsung Fridge?

I bought essential outdoor 2k (3 pack with solar panels) from Costco and connected everything on the smart things app to watch on my samsung Fridge. However the feed is not showing on the smart things app (not working on my phone app or fridge app). However my old arlo pro 4 cameras do work. Any idea how to get my new essential outdoor camera to work on the smart things app?
