I am following up on case #44035936, which you have closed. I followed all your instructions and the camera then worked well for about a week. Then the battery charge fell from approximately 86% to 56% in about 2 hours with only 4 - 15 second videos. Then there were about 40 -15 second videos in about an hour and the charge only fell about 3%. There seems to be something wrong with this battery and/or solar charging. Please advise. Thank you,

If you're still experiencing an issue after the troubleshooting provided in the case notes, I recommend you open another ticket and request an RMA as you could be experiencing a hardware issue. You can open a support ticket using the Arlo app under settings > support.
