last few weeks i haven't been able to view any of the videos from my 3 cameras. Tried downloading VLC as suggested by other users but no help.

Are you downloading the recordings? (that would be needed with VLC).

Or are you

watching them in the browser?
watching them in the app?

Does livestreaming work correctly?

Can you view them successfully in the app on your phone (or tablet)/
