    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply. I ended up finding an option in the Deco app that created a network especially for iot devices. It was then able to connect to that network.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully this information is helpful to anyone else having issues with Deco and Arlo.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have yet another issue with my arlo camera. Because of my previous issues with getting the camera to do basic things like recording motion, I decided to re-pair the device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can now no longer connect to my network even though the ssid is correct and it's only broadcasting 2.4ghz.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm using a Deco router. Also, why can't I get access to live support? I'm a paying customer but arlo won't let me access help support?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try and reset the camera and try again. If you switch on location services on your phone then Arlo app will automatically find the SSID for you and all you have to do is enter the password correctly. Make sure that your phone is on the same wifi network as the one you're trying to connect the camera to.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
