    <description>&lt;P&gt;The cameras work fine when plugged in to electric power. Support tells me to check cables, make sure the solar panel is compatible(it came with the cameras). Also the model was not listed in the pull down.&amp;nbsp; Not real happy with ARLO right now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Because VMK3350 isn't a camera model.&amp;nbsp; It's a system sku or bundle.&amp;nbsp; I'm not seeing VMK3350 when I google - but I am seeing VMC3350, but that bundle doesn't include solar panels.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The VMC3350 is a bundle of 3 Essential Gen 2 cameras (camera part is actually VMC3050).&amp;nbsp; These have USB-C connectors. Is that what you purchased?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The Arlo panel for this particular camera is the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;VMA6600.&amp;nbsp; It's worth making sure that is what you received. There's a picture here:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
