Arlo doorbell doesnt save any events

So my doorbell worked okay for a month. Now i cannot choose a field to monitor so it dings constantly . Also It notifies and shows that something was there but It does not save any events for the doorbell. So that is useless. . I paid for the $5.00 per month a month which it seems gets you absolutely nothing. The dashboard just now prompts me to spend more money. Its only been a few weeks and i kept the boxes so I am thinking this is a useless security system. .

It sounds like the doorbell is not in the subscription plan. So I suggest checking that first.
