    <description>&lt;P&gt;What's your current mode? Is there a rule for the camera to record in that mode? Try using Armed Away to test. Did someone else share cameras with you and you've selected their Home location?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>2nd Gen essential not motion detecting</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a 2nd Gen essential outdoor.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was strong signal strength, and when doing motion tests flashes orange light fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When walking past it it does not trigger ie does not notify or record.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At night spotlight comes on when walking past yet still no notification or recording. It has good battery as on solar panel. Currently on free trial and set up to be billed once trial ends.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried setting zones with no improvement. So now back to standard activity zone with sensitivity turned to 100.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My first Gen was a better product!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Arlo Essential Outdoor 2nd Gen" id="arlo-essential-outdoor-2"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
