    <description>&lt;P&gt;On 4/14/23 I purchased an Arlo Essential Indoor Camera.&amp;nbsp; I could not get it to download the firmware.&amp;nbsp; I was on chat support for over 2 and finally the chat rep acknowledged that the camera was faulty.&amp;nbsp; I had to pay $13.00 shipping charges to return the camera.&amp;nbsp; After Arlo rec'd the return I received a second camera about 5 weeks after the original order.&amp;nbsp; The privacy shield would not open.&amp;nbsp; After many more chats and Arlo portal emails with several customer service reps (at least 4 or 5) I finally decided that I would just like to return my camera and get a refund.&amp;nbsp; I have sent 2 written requests and 1 verbal request with a rep asking for a refund and have been told someone would get back to me very soon.&amp;nbsp; It's now been 6 days since I've heard from anyone at Arlo.&amp;nbsp; Can someone please send me a RMA and prepaid postage so I can get a refund?&amp;nbsp; My original order number was&amp;nbsp;10488251 from 4/14/23.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PBRick56&lt;/P&gt;</description>
