    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just purchased the Arlo Essential Indoor Camera and it keeps going offline. Very frustrating. It is not a wifi issue, the camera is next to the router. I realize that it keeps showing firmware update but it’s been 24 hours. Have tried to restart device multiple times. Unplugged and plugged. Is it an issue with the camera?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Could be a bad camera but first move the camera away from the router - too strong a signal can cause issues. You may want to try a reset:&lt;/P&gt;
