Privacy shield opening and closing while on CVR

Hi all, I have a number of indoor essential cameras setup. All

on CVR. Some working perfectly whilst others the privacy shield closes and opens automatically on its own and completely randomly. All the cameras are setup on CVR and I am paying the subscription. Any help to correct this would be appreciated! thanks in advance

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

Hi, I'm having the same issue. I've tried arming/disarming, restarting the camera from the app and manually power cycling it.
