    <description>&lt;P&gt;I want to have the video displayed on my computer.&amp;nbsp; Apparently Arlo uses web based viewing.&amp;nbsp; Well, after 1 or 2 minutes, it seems to lock up as if it's trying to refresh.&amp;nbsp; Is there a solution for this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I does not happen when using the app on my cell phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I often get the spinning wheel on stream viewing with browser if the pc does not have hardware acceleration capability.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This relates to the playback capability of the pc being used. It may start playing ok but eventually stalls requiring the browser to restart the stream again if it can.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What browser are you using?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;You should check if hardware acceleration is enabled in the browser in the advanced system settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also be aware that some browsers like edge will hog the hardware acceleration resource from being used by other browsers,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you hate using edge then disable this feature in edge settings along with disabling the keep edge browser process active when closed. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
