    <description>Purchased the camera. Kept disconnecting from Wi-Fi and shutting down. Attempted to fix based off of what Arlo told us. Still not working. Got a new camera and now the app will not let me remove the original camera, reset anything, and will not allow me to add a camera. Very frustrating</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you provide more details on what is going wrong? For instance, are you not seeing the remove device option?&amp;nbsp; in the device settings?&amp;nbsp; Or are you getting an error of some kind?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
