Old 2019 Arlo Camera Live Streaming

Hi - I can log into my Arlo account and see current recordings , but since 2 days on my new iPhone and on the web portal, no Live Feed is shown - instead it shows :

"unknown error".

My Arlo live feed still works perfectly on my old iPhone 12.
I already tried password reset and app reinstall.
It’s an old 2019 wired single Arlo Camera directly sync’d with the Appartments WiFi and so far never gave me any trouble

Seems the Chatbot is overwhelmed by this issue.

I only see an Arlo Q on the account. Do you have more than one account or i that the camera you are referring to?

I only have one Account relating to my 2019 Arlo indoor surveillance Camera. Till 3 days ago it always worked perfectly - never ever any issues. Since 3 days - suddenly I cannot see a Live Streaming on my iphone17pro as well as on my MacBook. ( Strange enough I tried with my old iphone12 and I get the Live Streaming ) But who wants to walk around with 2 phones ….

Can you try removing the camera from the account then adding it back on.
