I have a subscription for 1 camera which I put by my front door. I think the serial number is not sure though. I have just changed internet provider and cannot get my camera back on line . I am an OAP &not very good at technical stuff. I used to able to get it on line with my other internet and don’t know why it’s not working.. I don’t understand all the hub stuff that the other help typed. If I can’t get it back on I will have to cancel my subscription. I don’t like it that I cannot talk to a human on the phone.
