    <description>&lt;P&gt;Make sure you're on your home WiFi (disable cell service if necessary) and have no VPN in use (sometimes AI does get correct suggestions). Was this base/hub ever used before? It needs to be removed from the owner's account (including yours) before it can be added again. If new/never used, try the reset procedure:&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>App can’t discover VM B5450 base</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My app cant discover the base. The base has a blue solid light showing as is connected to my wireless router with an Ethernet cable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ive tried all the unplug, replug tricks but the app just comes back with not found&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any idea ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
