Hi, I have VMC3030 in my house and I would like to hear if I buy 2 cameras of the model VMS3230...will it work together with my current set-up/cameras?

VMS3230 was a system bundle, not a camera model. It contained two VMC3030 cameras (same as you have now), and a VMB3000 base.

I say "was" because it was discontinued a long time ago. Arlo stopped making the VMC3030 cameras back in January 2019.

So these cameras will work, but they will be either used or very old inventory.

Most of the new cameras can connect directly to your home wifi, so you could add those to your system without replacing your base. Those include the Essential, Pro 4, Pro 5s and models. One thing to keep in mind - all the currently sold cameras require a subscription to get cloud storage.
