So, during this great sale Arlo on their web site advertised a free Essential indoor camera if you purchased more than $350.00. I purchased more than that amount and told several friends to purchase the cameras cause the prices were great, plus a free Essential Indoor for free. It was a small banner that went across the screen advertising the free Essential Indoor camera. Well, Arlo shipped the cameras that I ordered, the Pro 5 S. But the Essential Indoor was missing. I talked to my friends who bought the same camera kits, and they never got the Essential Indoor either. Did anyone else have this problem if you purchased any cameras during the sale? Did not get any response from Arlo.
