Granted access to friend to views cameras and not able to view

I have granted access to a friend to view cameras and they excepted the link, but they are not able to access camera or view streaming. Internet works, and the cameras are working, as I can see them, but she is not view. When she logs in to my.arlo.com she gets a page to arm cameras or set up dash board but no where to view devices? Help

Does your account show "Library" as a menu option? Or does it show "Feed" and "Dashboard" instead?

This is what they see when they open Arlo home and no devices are available to view, she accepted the link I sent and I clicked on the cameras and granted her access.

@LeanneWilliams This is due to a mismatch in user interface. We arr rolling out a newer version and both users need to be on this version for granted accounts to see the available devices. To add your account to the new UI you can try adding a new device (Pro 5s) in this case and start the migration process then cancel the setup.
