Device goes to settings and doesn't show video with play option

I sent an invite to a friend with restricted access to just one of my indoor cameras. She was able to create an account and see the device. But she is not able to see the feed. If she clicks on the device it just shows settings and a picture but no video that wii play option.

Does your app show "Library" at the bottom? Or does it show "Feed" and "Dashboard"?

Same question for your friend's account...

Both apps either need to show "Library" or both need to show "Feed".

It is possible to migrate an account from "Library" to the newer "Feed", but it is not possible to migrate back from "Feed" to "Library".

They both say "Feed" so they are the new UI.

Maybe try phone support (contact them through the app).
