    <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;A knowledge base link?? Yeah, the support is CLEARLY **bleep** with this company. &lt;P&gt;Well, you need a subscription to get recordings. And you would also need a subscription to access phone support.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There are two user interfaces - you have the older "Library" one.&amp;nbsp; Info on getting support with your UI is here:&lt;/P&gt;
