      <title>Cant find/connect my Arlo camera</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After I had to factory reset my router I am not able to reconnect anymore my Essential Spotlight camera to the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So far I have tried all steps suggested here but had no success.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://kb.arlo.com/000062406/What-do-I-do-when-Arlo-fails-to-discover-my-device" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://kb.arlo.com/000062406/What-do-I-do-when-Arlo-fails-to-discover-my-device&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried to connect via mobile phone app and also with web browser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I managed to get to the step where the app/web browser is “Looking for Arlo Camera” but then the app remains stuck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Before you ask:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, network is 2.4ghz&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, Mobile device is connected to the same 2.4 GHz network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, correct Wi-Fi network SSID &amp;amp; PW&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, device and Arlo camera are within the Wi-Fi signal range&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, camera LED is blinking blue while the camera is being discovered&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes Chime noise heard&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No VPN&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, even tried a factory reset&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, from the router tools I can see that the camera is connected to the network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea on how to proceed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is very annoying as I renewed my subscription after trial period literally 3 days ago.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just to be clear, are you choosing the Essential spotlight camera to install and not the plain Essential (no spotlight)?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
