I just bought the essential indoor 2 and i cant find the option to add it in the app.

These cameras are rolling out according to regions. Not all yet have access. Make sure you have the latest app but tell us where you live.

Then it sounds like you don't have the latest app which is needed for new hardware innstallation.

I'd start by rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app. Was your account set up in the US since that would make a difference? When choosing to set up a new camera, be sure you see both the Essential Gen. 2 (the top selection) as well as the original Essential on the bottom.

Any chance you're using a VPN? If so, disable it.

It would seem that you're on iOS while I'm on Android. Someone else would need to jump in with their experience. @StephenB may be able to help or the mods may be needed - @JamesC , @ShayneS , @BrookeN .

Are you physically located in the US or was the account just created in the US?
