      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a severe security concern.&amp;nbsp; I cannot log into my account.&amp;nbsp; When I try and reset my password, I did not receive any emails in my inbox or junk folder.&amp;nbsp; I need assistance ASAP so I can resolve this.&amp;nbsp; I had to create an entirely new account just so I could post this because the chat function was not helpful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
