Can I get historical videos from Arlo Cloud support older than 1 year?

Hello all,

I have installed Arlo indoor video cameras at my home. I did not subscribe to any cloud storage subscriptions though.

i urgently need to review footage from Feb 2023 last year. Is there any way to get access to that data as a paid service? I am willing to pay for the service if there is any way to get that recorded footage.

There is no way to do that. If you didn't have a subscription at the time, then the recordings were never saved by Arlo. If you did, they would have been deleted from the Arlo Cloud long ago.

Can you confirm the camera model? The 2nd Gen indoor camera was not sold until the fall of 2023, so you either got the date wrong in the post, or you mis-stated the model.

Also, do you have an Arlo hub with USB or microSD storage connected to it?
