      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is no base station, it's an Essential wired camera.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It used to be connected just fine. Then one day it randomly went offline and would never reconnect, even after factory reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My other Arlo cameras are still connected. Support is completely and utterly useless as always.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I'm stuck with a paperweight and my security is compromised.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Arlo is the worst product stack from any company in any product category that I have ever used in my entire life. I said this two years ago and it just becomes more and more true every day that I'm forced to deal with this absolute worthless piece of garbage product line.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't help, use the app and go to Settings, Support to choose your camera and scroll down to Contacts to start the process for an RMA.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't think they will RMA. They asked me to try connecting with hotspot on my phone and that did work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you did, then what happens when you turn the router back on, and turn off the hotspot?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
